摘  要:因肺内含有气体的干扰、肋骨及肩胛骨等的影响,肺部曾长期被认为是超声检查的禁区。近年来随着超声技术的进步和人们对超声认识的深入,肺脏超声逐渐成为肺炎常见的肺部辅助检查方式之一,较之于胸部X线及肺部CT检查,肺部超声具有可移动、可床旁开展、无辐射、操作简便、可动态监测及灵敏度、特异度高等特点,无论是成人还是儿童,在肺炎的诊断、鉴别诊断及肺炎的病原学分类方面越来越得到广泛的应用,尤其适用于需呼吸机辅助通气的重症肺炎病儿或伴有合并症而不宜搬动的儿童。Due to the interference of gases in the lungs,ribs and scapulae,lungs have long been considered the forbidden zone of ultrasonic testing.In recent years,with the advancement of ultrasound technology and the deepening of people's understanding of ultrasound,lung ultrasound has gradually become one of the common lung auxiliary examination methods for pneumonia.Compared with chest X-ray and lung CT examination,lung ultrasound has some characteristics of mobility,bedside accessibility,no radiation,easy operation,dynamic monitoring,and high sensitivity and specificity.Lung ultrasound has become widely used in the diagnosis,distinction and etiological classification of pneumonia among adults and children,especially for children with severe pneumonia who need respirator to help them breathe or children with comorbidities who cannot move around easily.
