摘 要:在法医物证鉴定中,目前对于半同胞亲缘关系的鉴定还没有统一的技术规范,较为常用的方法是通过ITO法计算两个被鉴定个体之间的半同胞关系指数进行判定,但在部分实际检案中,即使加测更多数量的STR基因座仍不能达到阈值。本文探讨通过家系重建法鉴定半同胞关系,根据被检孩子生母是否参与鉴定,以及缺席鉴定者不同的推测基因型分别推导亲权指数的计算公式,并对其进行了归纳和总结。In forensic evidence identification,there is currently no uniform technical specification for the identification of half-sibling relationship.The most commonly used method is to calculate the half-sibling relationship index between the two identified individuals through the ITO method for determination.However,in some of the actual prosecution cases,the threshold could not be reached even with the addition of a greater number of STR motifs.This paper explores the identification of half-siblings by means of a family tree reconstruction method.The formulas for the calculation of the parentage index were derived based on the participation or non-participation of the biological mother of the examined child in the identification and the different putative genotypes of the absent identifiers,respectively.
