布袋除尘器中矩阵式脉冲阀控制设计应用研究

摘　　要：针对布袋除尘器脉冲阀控制设计问题,提出矩阵式控制方式,解决传统设计模式下系统分室数量众多、结构复杂等问题,实现降低设计强度、优化结构的目的,满足现代化控制系统应用需求。研究结果表明,通过软硬件优化设计,矩阵式脉冲阀控制在半自动运行、持续运行、手动运行等多种模式支持下,不仅可缩短现场调试时间,还可使HMI画面更友好、日常运行维护更便利。Aiming at the control design problem of pulse valve ofbag filter,a matrix control method is proposed to solve the problems oflarge number of compartments and complex structure in the traditional design mode,so as to reduce the design strength and optimize the structure and meet the application requirements of modern control system.The research results show that the matrix pulse valve control can not only shorten the on-site debugging time,but also make the HMI screen more friendly and convenient for daily operation and maintenance with the support of semi-automatic operation,continuous operation andmanual operation through the optimization design of software and hardware.
