摘  要:按照相关标准确定一种火灾工况下减少存液设备安全泄放量的算法,采用防火保温并最终根据GB/T 150.1—2011《压力容器第一部分:通用要求》进行修正,取得了较为满意的结果:将设备的安全泄放量相比不做保温减少了70%,既达到了上述标准推荐计算量的最大值,又留有了足够的安全系数,确保了系统/设备的安全。According to the relevant specifications,an algorithm to reduce the safe discharge of liquid storage equipment under fire conditions was sought,fire insulation is adopted and it was amended according to GB/T 150.1-2011 Pressure Vessels-Partl:General Requirements,and satisfactory results were obtained:The safe leakage amount ofthe equipment is reduced by 70%compared with that without insulation,which reaches the maximum recommended calculation amount ofthe above standard,and also leaves enough safety factor to ensure the safety ofthe system/equipment.
