摘　　要：针对软土地基钻孔灌注桩施工问题,结合实际项目情况,介绍SMW工法桩的设计要求,并阐述施工材料质量管理要点,以及各项施工流程管理的落实方法,包括测量放线、定位与钻孔、水泥浆液拌制、H型钢插放、沟槽清理等方面,解决了以往桩体施工出现的桩顶冒水、断桩、缩颈等问题,实现了提高搅拌桩施工质量的目标。In view of the construction problems of bored pile on soft soil foundation,combined with the actual projeet situation,this paper introduces the design requirements of SMW construction pile,expounds the key points of construction material quality management,and the implementation methods of various construction process management,including measurement and pay-off,positioning and dilling,cement slurry mixing,H shaped steel placement,trenchcleaning,etc.,which solved the problems of pile top water,broken pile,shrinking neck,etc.and achieved the goal ofimproving the construction quality of mixed pile.
