交通建设项目合同工期外几种特殊情况下的工程材料价格调整分析

摘　　要：工程材料价格调整涉及建设工程发承包双方的合法权益,在具体的工程实践中,常因发包人、承包人、发承包双方以及不可抗力等多方面原因,导致实际工期超过合同工期,由于在相关行业规范及合同范本中,缺乏对超期时段工程材料价格调整的约定,对此现象,论文通过采用实时法、主责法、综合加权平均法等,对合同工期外时段几种特殊情况下的工程材料价格调整进行研究与分析,为公平、公正、合理地做好工程材料调差管理工作提供助力。The adjustment of engineering material prices involves the legitimate rights and interests of both parties involved in the construction project.In specific engineering practice,the actual construction period exceeds the contract period due to factors such as the employer,contractor,both parties,and force majeure.In relevant industry standards and contract models,there is a lack of agreement on the adjustment of engineering material prices during the overdue period.The paper adopts real-time method,main responsibility method,and comprehensive weighted average method,research and analysis on the price adjustment of engineering materials under several special circumstances during this period provide a way of doing a fair and reasonable job in the management of engineering material adjustment.
