摘　　要：目的:探讨康复运动对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能和生活质量的影响。方法:选择在某医院心血管内科住院的137例CHF患者为研究对象,按照入院时间随机分为康复运动组(68例)和常规治疗组(69例)。康复治疗组患者在心衰规范化治疗同时进行康复运动训练治疗,常规治疗组患者仅进行心衰规范化治疗。随访6个月后,对两组患者的心脏超声相关参数、NT-proBNP水平、NYHA心功能级别、6 min步行距离、心功能不全生活质量量表(MLHFQ)评分进行分析。结果:康复运动组患者的LVEDV、LEVSV、LVEF和6MWT距离较常规组患者显著增加(P=0.001);NT-proBNP水平及MLHFQ评分减少,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:康复运动能显著改善CHF患者的心功能,提高患者运动耐力和生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To evaluate the effect of rehabilitation exercise on cardiac function and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:A total of 137 hospitalized patients with chronic heart failure were selected in hospital were randomly divided into rehabilitation exercise group(n=68)and routine treatment group(n=69).The patients in the rehabilitation treatment group were treated with rehabilitation exercise training and the standardized treatment of heart failure,while the patients in the routine treatment group were only treated with the standardized treatment of heart failure.After 6-month follow-up,to analyze the predictive value of NT-proBNP level,NYHA heart function class,6-min walking distance and the quality of life scale(MLHFQ)in each group.Results:The distance of LVEDV,LEVSV,LVEF and 6MWT in the rehabilitation exercise group were significantly higher than those in the routine group(P=0.001),and the levels of NT-proBNP and MLHFQ were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P=0.001).Conclusion:Rehabilitation exercise can significantly improve the heart function of patients with CHF,and it can improve exercise tolerance and quality of life of patients.
