冰山理论指导下个体化护理对外伤性脑积水患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨外伤性脑积水患者在冰山理论指导下进行个体化护理干预的效果。方法:选择医院收治的78例外伤性脑积水患者,按抛掷硬币法随机分为常规组(常规护理)和实验组(冰山理论指导下个体化护理),各39例。比较两组患者心理状态、治疗依从性、并发症、满意度。结果:干预后,两组患者SDS评分、SAS评分均降低,且实验组患者较常规组更低(P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗依从性及临床服务总满意率均高于常规组;且实验组并发症总发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以冰山理论为指导,对外伤性脑积水患者进行个体化护理干预,可以显著减轻患者抑郁及焦虑心态,提高患者治疗依从性,降低并发症,提升满意度。Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of individualized nursing intervention under the guidance of iceberg theory in patients with traumatic hydrocephalus.Methods:78 patients with traumatic hydrocephalus admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into the conventional group(routine nursing)and the experimental group(individualized nursing under the guidance of iceberg theory),39 cases each,according to the coin toss method.The psychological state,treatment compliance,complications and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,SDS score and SAS score of two groups were decreased,and the experimental group was lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance and total satisfaction rate of clinical services in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group.The total complication rate of the experimental group,which was lower than that of the conventional group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guided by iceberg theory,individualized nursing intervention for patients with traumatic hydrocephalus can significantly reduce depression and anxiety,improve treatment compliance,reduce complications and enhance satisfaction.
