超前护理对老年髋关节置换患者麻醉术后复苏期躁动的改善效果

摘　　要：目的:将超前护理应用到行髋关节置换术的老年患者护理干预中,分析其对术后恢复期躁动改善的效果。方法:选择收治的60例行髋关节置换术的老年患者作为研究对象,采用随机化数字表法分为两组,其中对照组30例患者麻醉复苏期予以常规护理干预,观察组30例患者在同期行超前护理干预。比较两组患者麻醉复苏期躁动发生率及严重程度、气管插管脱落率、应激反应的差异。结果:观察组患者未发生重度躁动,而对照组患者发生3例重度躁动。观察组患者复苏期躁动发生率、气管插管脱落率较对照组更低(P<0.05)。护理后观察组患者各项应激指标包括肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素、C反应蛋白、心率、血压改善水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超前护理可改善老年患者髋关节置换术后躁动,进一步减少气管插管脱落率和减轻应激反应,促进患者恢复,确保手术效果和预后。Objective:To apply advanced care to nursing interventions for elderly patients undergoing hip replacement surgery,and to use statistical methods to analyze its effectiveness in improving postoperative recovery restlessness.Method:Sixty elderly patients who underwent hip joint replacement surgery were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups using a number table method.Among them,30 control group patients received routine nursing intervention during anesthesia recovery period,while 30 observation group patients received advanced nursing intervention during the same period.Use statistical methods to compare whether there is a statistically significant difference in the incidence and severity of restlessness during anesthesia recovery,tracheal intubation detachment rate,and stress response between two groups of patients.Result:The observation group did not experience severe restlessness,while the control group experienced 3 cases of severe restlessness.The incidence of restlessness and tracheal intubation detachment during the recovery period in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the stress indicators of the observation group,including adrenaline,norepinephrine,C-reactive protein,heart rate,and blood pressure,were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Advanced nursing can improve restlessness after hip replacement surgery,further reduce the rate of tracheal intubation detachment and reduce stress response,promote patient recovery,and ensure surgical effectiveness and prognosis.
