多元化康复护理干预在老年髋部骨折患者围手术期中应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年髋部骨折患者进行多元化护理的康复效果。方法:选择医院收治的62例髋骨骨折患者,根据患者住院时间分为观察组和对照组,各31例。观察组患者在手术后采用多元康复护理的方法进行术后治疗护理,对照组患者采用传统的康复护理方式进行术后恢复护理。结果:观察组患者的病情掌握程度以及髋骨关节的功能恢复程度都优于对照组(P<0.05)。经过干预后观察组患者视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组患者简明健康问卷(SF-36)评分和护理满意度比较,观察组患者评分及满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通过对患者进行分组治疗护理,发现对临床老年髋骨骨折患者进行多元化护理能够取得更好的效果,可以使患者更快地康复。Objective:To study the influence of treatment technique on the rehabilitation effect of the elderly patients with hip fracture through diversified nursing.Methods:The observation sample of this study was 62 patients with hip fracture admitted to a hospital.According to the length of hospital stay,patients were recorded as 31 in the observation group and 31 in the control group.Patients in the observation group were treated with multiple rehabilitation nursing after surgery,while patients in the control group were treated with traditional rehabilitation nursing.Results:After a long period of observation records,it was found that patients in the observation group had a better grasp of the disease and the degree of functional recovery of hip joint than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analog score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Comparison of observation brief health questionnaire(SF-36)and nursing satisfaction between the two groups showed that the scores and satisfaction of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:By grouping the patients,it is found that diversified nursing for the elderly patients with hip fracture can achieve better results and make the patients recover faster.
