血液净化专科护理对血液透析患者透析间期体质量控制的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨血液净化专科护理门诊实行的效用和价值。方法:在肾病内科现有病例中遴择出69例为研究对象,结合双盲法原则予以匹配分组,分别对观察组、对照组患者实行血液净化门诊专科护理、常规护理,比较两组患者自我管理能力、IDWG控制率、症状负担、护理满意程度。结果:观察组患者在诊治过程中对门诊自主管理方案的执行力、门诊监管下自我行为、体质指数向健康范围的阶段性变化趋向、生理方面对血液透析的接受力及综合成效评价均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液净化门诊专科护理能够稳定患者体质量变化,减少透析中各个症状对患者的负担,并可提高患者对血液透析的认知度。Objective:To investigate the nursing status of hemodialysis patients,and to study the effectiveness and value of blood purification nursing clinic.Methods:69 cases in the Department of Nephrology were selected from the existing information,and the treatment measures of the information were all hemodialysis,and the information was matched by groups according to the principle of double-blind method.The nursing measures of the observation group and the control group were blood purification outpatient specialist nursing and routine nursing.The items mentioned in the follow-up comparison were self-management ability,IDWG control rate,symptom burden,and care satisfaction.Results:In the observation group,the execution ability of the outpatient self-management program,the self-behavior under the supervision of the outpatient department,the trend of the periodic change of body mass index to the healthy range,the physiological acceptance of hemodialysis,and the comprehensive effect evaluation were higher than those of the control group,and there were certain differences among the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Blood purification clinic specialized nursing can stabilize the weight change of patients,reduce the burden of each symptom during dialysis,and improve the awareness of patients to hemodialysis.
