摘　　要：目的:探究经皮穴位电刺激联合静脉自控镇痛对于剖宫产术后镇痛的效果。方法:选取医院收治的140例瘢痕子宫择期剖宫产患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组70例。对照组患者予以术后PCIA镇痛等常规镇痛,观察组患者则在使用PCIA镇痛基础之上,配合经皮穴位电刺激治疗,对两组患者的乳汁分泌量,以及其舒适度情况(VAS)进行评分。结果:经过治疗之后观察组患者在乳汁分泌量、镇痛VAS评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:剖宫产术患者采用经皮穴位电刺激配合静脉给药镇痛是术后镇痛的有效措施,能够改善镇痛效果,改善局部炎症等不良反应状况。后续的镇痛效果良好,值得临床推广。Objective:To exploring the effect of percutaneous acupoint stimulation(TEAS)combined with patient-controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA)on postoperative analgesia after cesarean section.Methods:14Omiles of scar uterus patient admitted to the hospital for.elective cesarean section,randomly divided tinto a controlhe grouo and an observation group,with 7Ocases in each group-patients in the control group received routine analgesia such as postoperative PCIA analgesia.the observation group patients were on the basis of pain relief using PCIA.combinde with percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation for acupoint therapyprogres sive vas score for milk secretion and pain in two groups of patients The results showed that after changing the analgesic plan,the observation group had ahigher milk secretion than the control group,VAS score lower than control(P<0.05).Conclusions:the key to the management of patients undergoing cesarean section is to usepercutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation combinded with intravenous analgesia control administration.it can improve the analgeic effect and alleviate adverse reactions such as local inflammation.The subsequent good effect of laborpain is worthy of clinical promotion.
