摘　　要：目的:探讨智能床垫在急诊老年患者中的应用效果。方法:选取急诊病房100例老年患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组患者使用常规心电呼吸监测仪加常规护理干预措施,研究组患者采用智能床垫监护系统加常规护理干预措施。结果:研究组患者跌倒坠床率(2.00%)与对照组跌倒坠床率(14.00%)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在护士及时发现患者病情变化发生率方面,研究组为90.00%,对照组为55.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度显著高于研究组护理满意度(84.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);智能床垫应用前后护士工作满意度对比(65.79%与97.37%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:智能床垫在医院急诊病房应用效果显著,可以减少老年患者跌倒坠床的发生率,患者护理安全得到保障,减轻了护士的工作压力,提高患者和护士满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of smart mattress in emergency elderly patients.Methods:100 elderly patients in the emergency ward were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,100 patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group used conventional ECG breathing monitors plus conventional nursing interventions,and patients in the observation group used smart mattress monitoring systems plus conventional nursing interventions.Results:Compared with the rate of falling of patients in the study group(2.00%)and the rate of falling of the control group(14.00%),the dfference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in terms of the rate of nurses discovering the patient's condition changes in time,the study group was 90.00%,compared with 55.55%in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the job satisfaction of nurses before and after the application of smart mattress was compared(65.79%vs 97.37%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of smart mattress in the emergency ward of our hospital is significant,reducing the incidence of elderly patients falling,ensuring the safety of patient care,reducing the work pressure of nurses,and improving the satisfaction of patients and nurses.
