护士主导早期康复分级活动方案在高血压脑出血患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨护士主导早期康复分级活动方案在高血压脑出血患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取108例高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组54例患者。对照组患者实施常规护理干预;观察组患者实施护士主导早期康复分级活动方案。比较两组患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率、肺部感染发生率及偏瘫肢体运动功能FMA评分、Barthel评分和住院天数。结果:观察组患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率、肺部感染发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者偏瘫肢体运动功能FMA评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者生活自理能力明显高于对照组,同时患者住院时间缩短(P<0.05)。结论:护士主导对患者进行早期康复分级活动方案,可减少并发症发生,改善患者神经功能恢复,缩短平均住院日,促进患者早期快速康复。Objective:To explore the effect of nurse-led early rehabilitation grading program in the nursing of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:108 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention;Observation group implemented nurse-led early rehabilitation grading program.The incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis,lung infection,motor function of hemiplegic limbs FMA score,Barthel score and length of stay were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and lung infection in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),the motor function FMA scores of hemiplegic limbs in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),the self-care ability of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the length of hospital stay was shortened(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nurse-led graded activity program for early rehabilitation can reduce complications,improve the recovery of neurological function,shorten the average length of hospital stay,and promote early and rapid recovery of patients.
