摘  要:冶金炉内的耐火砖在冶炼过程中经常需要更换,耐火砖拆除技术成为一种必要工序。介绍了耐火砖拆除技术发展过程中形成的几种常用方法,然后从成本、技术难度、适用范围等方面进行对比分析,总结了发展趋势,为冶金从业人员从事工艺设计、技术升级、新设备研发提供考依据。Refractory bricks in metallurgical furnaces often need to be replaced during the smelting process,and the removal technology of refractory bricks has become a necessary process.This paper provides an overview of several commonly used methods that have evolved in the process of developing refractory brick removal techniques.It then conducts a comparative analysis of these methods from aspects such as cost,technical complexity,and applicability.The paper concludes by identifying emerging trends,which can serve as a valuable reference for metallurgical professionals engaged in process design,technology upgrades,and new equipment development.
