摘　　要：设计一种毛坯自动喷涂控制系统,以S7-200 Smart PLC为控制核心,联立昆仑通泰MCGS组态软件,根据不同工艺,控制喷涂装置按照预先在触摸屏上设置好的位置、段速以及喷涂次数进行喷涂,喷涂装置由PLC控制伺服驱动器带动伺服电机运行,从而实现喷涂的均匀性与精准性。In this paper,a kind of blank automatic spraying control system is designed,which is based on S7-200 Smart PLC and MCGS configuration software,the spraying device is controlled to spray according to the preset position,section speed and spraying times on the touch screen.The spraying device is controlled by a PLC servo drive to drive the servo motor to run,thus the uniformity and accuracy of spraying can be realized。
