摘 要:以氧化石墨烯(Graphene Oxide)和2024Al粉末为原料,通过静电自组装+放电等离子烧结(SPS)的工艺,制备了含不同质量分数氧化石墨烯和不同烧结温度的氧化石墨烯/2024Al复合材料,并对烧结后材料的微观形貌和力学性能进行表征和测试。结果表明:复合粉体中氧化石墨烯均匀分布,包覆在Al颗粒表面。550℃烧结温度下含0.5%、1%和2%氧化石墨烯(GO)复合材料的压缩强度先提高后降低,分别提高到428.02 MPa和540 MPa,相比于基体提高了12.5%和42%。In this paper,with graphene oxide and 2024Al powder as raw materials,graphene oxide(GO)/2024Al composites with different content of GO and sintering temperatures were prepared by electrostatic self-assembly+spark plasma sintering(SPS)process,and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the composites were characterized and tested.The results show that graphene oxide is uniformly distributed in the composite powder and coated on the surface of Al particles.The second phase in the composite is mainly the Al2Cu phase,and the second phase and graphene oxide are distributed in a network along the grain boundaries.The compressive strength of composites with 0.5%,1%,and 2%graphene oxide(GO)sintered at 550℃increases and then decreases.The compressive strength increases to 428.02 MPa and 540 MPa,respectively,an increase of 12.5%and 42%compared with the matrix.
