摘 要:为解决柔性电缆冲击柔性防护网时冲击力难以计算的问题,以某横跨铁路的架空输电线路电缆断线冲击跨越铁路防护装备的防护网为例,借鉴日本道路公团关于落石冲击力的计算公式,采用等效计算方法计算电缆对防护网的最大冲击力和防护网最大应力,同时采用有限元软件建立数值模型,对比6组防护网最大应力随跨越高差的变化情况,计算结果表明:跨越高差在10~20 m时,等效计算结果与仿真结果吻合较好,但随着跨越高差的增大,二者之间的偏差逐渐增大。根据仿真计算结果,提出修正的冲击力计算公式,修正后冲击力计算偏差明显减小,更适用于电缆对柔性防护网的冲击力计算。To solve the problem of difficulty in calculating the impact force of flexible cable on flexible protective net,taking the protective net of railway protective equipment impacted by an overhead transmission line disconnection of certain railway as an example,using the calculation formula of falling rock impact force from the Japan Road Corporation,the equivalent calculation method is used to calculate the maximum impact force of cables on the protective net and the maximum stress of the protective net.At the same time,a numerical model is established using finite element software.Comparing the maximum stress of six sets of protective nets with the variation of crossing height difference,the calculation results show that when the crossing height difference is within 10~20 meters,the equivalent calculation results are in good agreement with the numerical simulation results.However,as the crossing height difference increases,the deviation between the two gradually increases.Based on the numerical simulation calculation results,a modified formula for calculating the impact force is proposed.After the correction,the deviation of the impact force calculation is significantly reduced,making it more suitable for calculating the impact force of cables on flexible protective nets.
