摘  要:利用闪光法测量粉末冶金铍材的热扩散系数、比热容、导热系数等热物理参数,分析了影响热物理参数测量不确定度的来源,并对粉末冶金铍材热物理参数测量不确定度进行评定。结果表明:在置信度95%的条件下,粉末冶金铍材热扩散系数的扩展不确定度为1.48 mm^(2)/s,比热容的扩展不确定度为0.07 J/(kg·K),导热系数的扩展不确定度为5.80 W/(m·K)。The flash method was used to measure the thermal diffusion coefficient,specific heat capacity,thermal conductivity and other thermophysical parameters of powder metallurgy beryllium materials.The sources of uncertainty in the measurement of thermophysical parameters were analyzed,and the uncertainty in the measurement of thermophysical parameters of powder metallurgy beryllium materials was evaluated.The results show that at a confidence level of 95%,the expanded uncertainty of the thermal diffusion coefficient of powder metallurgy beryllium material was 1.48 mm^(2)/s,the expanded uncertainty of the specific heat capacity was 0.07 J/(kg·K),and the expanded uncertainty of the thermal conductivity coefficient was 5.80 W/(m·K).
