摘 要:对一种无间隙原子(IF)钢进行了不同温度(630~780℃)和时间(0~140 min)的退火处理,对退火后该钢的显微组织进行观察,研究了其再结晶行为并建立再结晶动力学模型,获得了不同退火温度下的再结晶激活能,研究了再结晶程度对耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:退火温度越高,再结晶过程所需时间越短,再结晶动力学参数n值越大,630~670℃退火时的再结晶激活能为221.7 kJ·mol^(-1),而750~780℃退火时的再结晶激活能为109.2 kJ·mol^(-1);当再结晶体积分数由18%增加至82%时,试验钢在质量分数3.5%NaCl溶液中的自腐蚀电位负移,自腐蚀电流密度增大,而当再结晶体积分数增大至97%时,自腐蚀电位正移,自腐蚀电流密度减小,随着再结晶程度的提高,试验钢的耐腐蚀性能先减弱后增强。A interstitial free(IF) steel was annealed at different temperatures(630-780 ℃) for different time intervals(0-140 min).The microstructure of the annealed steel was observed.The recrystallization behavior was studied,and the recrystallization dynamic model was established.The recrystallization activation energy at different annealing temperatures was obtained.The influence of recrystallization degree on the corrosion resistance was studied.The results show that the higher the annealing temperature,the shorter the time required for the recrystallization,and the larger the recrystallization kinetics parameter n value.The recrystallization activation energy was 221.7 kJ·mol~(-1) when annealing at 630-670 ℃,and was 109.2 kJ·mol~(-1) when annealing at 750-780 ℃.When the volume fraction of recrystallization increased from 18% to 82%,the free-corrosion potential of the test steel in 3.5wt% NaCl solution shifted negatively and the free-corrosion current density increased.When the volume fraction of recrystallization increased to 97%,the free-corrosion potential shifted positively and the free-corrosion current density decreased.With increasing degree of recrystallization,the corrosion resistance of the test steel was first weakened and then strengthened.
