摘　　要：行车试验研究是检验发动机油使用效果的最有效途径。文章在10台重型商用车上开展了2个周期的12万km行车试验研究,试验过程中监测油品的理化指标衰变情况,并在试验结束后对发动机进行拆解评分,以综合考察油品的使用性能。昆仑润滑E4/E710W-40重负荷柴油机油通过与进口竞品行车试验对比验证,展现出了良好的黏度稳定性、碱值保持性、氧化安定性、清净分散性及抗磨损性能,满足12万km换油周期的技术需求,并具有进一步延长换油期的潜力。Road test study is the most effective way to evaluate the performance of engine oils.In the paper,two road test cycles with a drain interval of 120 thousand kilometers were carried out on 10 heavy duty commercial vehicles.The decay of physical and chemical indicators of oils during the tests was monitored,and the engines were dismantled and scored after the tests to comprehensively evaluate the performance of oils.Kunlun E4/E7 10W-40 heavy duty diesel engine oil was compared with imported products of competitors through road test,which shows excellent viscosity stability,base number retention,oxidation stability,detergency and dispersibility and antiwear property,and meets the technical requirements on a drain interval of 120 thousand kilometers and has the potential to further extend the oil drain interval.
