摘  要:对自密实混凝土在江苏省南通市通吕运河水利枢纽泵站施工中的应用进行分析。以自密实混凝土配制与浇筑技术为基础,结合模板体系及钢筋安装施工技术、保证新老混凝土结合面有效黏结施工技术、保证混凝土浇筑密实性施工技术、提高混凝土拌和物均匀性和降低坍落度经时损失技术以及混凝土防裂抗裂技术等系列过程技术组合应用,提高大中型泵站二期混凝土浇筑质量。施工便捷、节约成本、缩短工期、安全可靠,施工方法可为泵站工程提供借鉴。This paper analyzes the application of self-compacting concrete in pumping station of the Tonglyu Canal water conservancy project in Nantong City of Jiangsu Province.Based on self-compacting concrete preparation and pouring technology,combined with formwork system and steel bar installation and construction technology,construction technology to ensure the effective bonding of new and old concrete bonding surface,construction technology to ensure the compaction of concrete pouring,improve the uniformity of concrete mix and reduce slump loss over time,and a series of process technology to prevent cracking to improve the concrete pouring quality of the second phase of large and medium-sized pumping station.Construction is convenient,cost saving,time shortening,safe and reliable,and the construction method can provide reference for the pumping station project.
