摘　　要：以广东省肇庆市广宁县古水河流域开展绿色小水电示范区建设为例,通过调研河流和相关联小水电现状,总结绿色小水电示范区建设存在的问题,并提出对策建议,主要包括推进老旧小水电清理整改、提升安全生产标准化等级、加快绿色小水电创建、落实生态流量和修复生态、提升信息化管理水平、挖掘小水电多元价值等。可为绿色小水电示范区建设提供参考,促进小水电高质量发展。Taking the construction of green small hydropower demonstration zone in Gushui River Basin,Guangning County,Zhaoqing City,Guangdong Province as an example,by investigating the current situation of rivers and associated small hydropower projects,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the construction of green small hydropower demonstration zones,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.It mainly includes promoting the clean-up and rectification of old small hydropower,improving the level of safety production standardization,accelerating the creation of green small hydropower,implementing ecological flow and ecological restoration,improving the level of information management,and tapping the diversified value of small hydropower projects.It can provide reference for the construction of green small hydropower project demonstration area and promote the high-quality development of small hydropower projects.
