摘 要:为研究适用于抽水蓄能电站工程的黏度高、耐老化、温度敏感性低的沥青,采用糠醛抽出油浸润及微波辐射预处理胶粉的方法,制备胶粉改性沥青,并开展室内沥青性能试验,分析糠醛抽出油掺量及微波功率对沥青性能的影响。试验结果表明:随糠醛抽出油掺量增加,沥青针入度和延度提高,软化点和黏度降低,糠醛抽出油掺量为3%时,沥青离析软化点差最小。随微波功率增大,沥青黏度、离析软化点差和劲度模量先减小后增大。综上,在糠醛抽出油掺量为3%,微波功率为1000 W时,胶粉改性沥青的工作性和低温抗裂性能最优。In order to study asphalt with high viscosity,aging resistance,and low temperature sensitivity suitable for pumped storage power station engineering,this paper adopts the method of soaking furfural extracted oil and microwave radiation pretreatment of crumb rubber to prepare crumb rubber modified asphalt.Indoor asphalt performance tests are conducted to analyze the influence of furfural extracted oil content and microwave power on asphalt performance.The test results show that as the content of furfural extracted oil increases,the penetration and ductility of asphalt increase,while the softening point and viscosity decrease.When the content of furfural extracted oil is 3%,the difference in the segregation softening point of asphalt is the smallest.As the microwave power increases,the viscosity,segregation softening point difference,and stiffness modulus of asphalt first decrease and then increase.In summary,when the content of furfural extracted oil is 3%and the microwave power is 1000 W,the crumb rubber modified asphalt has the best workability and low-temperature crack resistance.
