新疆长距离输水隧洞施工安全设施布置研究

摘　　要：新疆某长距离引调水工程面临超长单工作面,工期长、隧洞埋深大、地质条件复杂,工作面及投入设备人员多,施工安全管理难度大等设计难点,虽然工程在施工初期对隧洞施工安全已制定专项施工危险源的预防措施,然而水利行业现行规程规范关于施工安全措施尚无明确规定。为了能再次提高事故发生时施工人员的生存几率,通过借鉴相关行业规程规范,提出了适宜长距离输水隧洞施工安全设施布置方案,为类似工程施工提供借鉴。A long-distance water diversion project in Xinjiang faces design difficulties such as an ultra-long single working face,long construction period,deep tunnel burial,complex geological conditions,large number of construction personnel and equipment at the working face,and high risk in construction safety management.Although special preventive measures have been formulated for tunnel construction safety at the initial stage of tunnel construction,however,due to the reason that the current regulations and specifications of the water conservancy industry do not have clear provisions on construction safety measures,there is still safety risk in the tunnel construction.In order to improve the survival probability of construction workers in case of an accident,with reference to relevant industry regulations and specifications,a suitable layout plan for safety facilities in long-distance water conveyance tunnel construction is proposed to provide reference for similar project construction.
