新加消渴方治疗老年2型糖尿病合并脂代谢紊乱临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察新加消渴方治疗老年气阴亏虚型2型糖尿病合并脂代谢紊乱患者的临床疗效。方法:采取随机数字表法,将60例老年2型糖尿病合并脂代谢紊乱患者分为两组各30例。对照组予基础治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联用新加消渴方治疗。两组均连续治疗4周。观察并比较两组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血清蛋白、血脂、肾功能、中医临床证候积分。结果:治疗组总有效率90.00%,对照组总有效率53.33%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血清蛋白明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗组血脂水平改善优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:新加消渴方治疗老年2型糖尿病合并脂代谢紊乱患者临床疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of new modified Xiaoke formula on elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with lipid metabolism disorders with syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin.Methods:60 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with lipid metabolism disorders were divided into two groups by random number table,30 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment,while the treatment group was treated plus with new modified Xiaoke formula on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks,and the clinical efficacy was observed.Fasting blood glucose,2-h postprandial blood glucose,glycated serum protein,blood lipid,renal function and TCM clinical syndrome scores of patients were observed and compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 90.00%in the treatment group and 53.33%in the control group,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P﹤0.05).Fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated serum protein of treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group(P﹤0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The improvement of blood lipid level of treatment group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of new modified Xiaoke formula on elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with lipid metabolism disorders is better.
