左归丸加味联合芬吗通治疗早发性卵巢功能不全临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的早发性卵巢功能不全患者86例,随机分为两组各43例。治疗组予左归丸加味联合芬吗通治疗,对照组予芬吗通治疗。两组均治疗3个月后观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.35%,对照组总有效率为79.07%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:左归丸加味联合芬吗通治疗早发性卵巢功能不全有协同提高疗效的作用。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine on early-onset ovarian dysfunction.Methods:86 cases of eligible patients with early-onset ovarian dysfunction were selected and randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with modified Zuogui pill and femoston,while the control group was treated with femoston.The clinical efficacy was observed after both groups were treated for 3 months.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.35%,while that of control group was 79.07%.Compared between two group,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Modified Zuogui pill combined with femoston has synergistic effect on early-onset ovarian dysfunction.
