论智慧工地管理系统在预制箱梁场中的应用

摘　　要：预制箱梁场是特定混凝土梁的生产场所,其在桥梁建设中虽然属于辅助型工程,但对桥梁主体结构却起着至关重要的作用。梁场是否能够优质、高效、及时地制作预应力混凝土箱梁是决定桥梁铺架工作能否按时完成的关键。某市政项目桥梁工程通过采用智慧数字化综合管理平台(以下简称:智慧工地管理系统)对混凝土预应力箱梁的关键施工点进行控制,及时发出预警,有效地解决了混凝土预应力箱梁制作中存在的钢绞线张拉、孔道压浆、养护等技术难点,既保证了施工进度目标,又保证了预应力混凝土的质量。根据实际经验对智慧工地管理系统在预制箱梁场的应用进行了阐述。Precast box girder yard is a specific production site for concrete beams.Although it belongs to auxiliary engineering in bridge construction,it plays a crucial role in the main structure of the bridge.Whether the ability of the beam yard can produce prestressed concrete box girders with high-quality,efficiency,and timely box beams determines the the bridge installation work can be completed on time.A municipal project adopts a smart digital comprehensive management platform(hereinafter referred to as:the smart construction site management system)to control the key construction points of concrete prestressed box beams,issue timely warnings,and effectively solve the problem of technical difficult such as steel strand tensioning,tunnel pressing,and maintenance in the production of concrete prestressed box beams,ensuring both construction progress target and the quality of prestressed concrete.Based on practical experience,the paper briefly elaborates on the application of the smart construction site management system in precast box girder yards.
