万历援朝时期大规模征召沙民海防事宜探析

摘　　要：自明代嘉靖中后期,由于倭患频频侵扰,东南沿海地方招募少量零星沙民参与抗倭。然而,直到万历援朝时期,大规模招募沙兵用于海防的政策才首次被提出并得到落实。沙民群体作为明代国家海防事务中的一股重要助力,在万历援朝之际持续发挥了其应有的贡献,通过分阶段梳理彼时征召沙民政策的形成及演变过程、壬辰年间征募预案及落实情况、丁酉年间征募预案及落实情况、征募兵源数量及部署事宜等内容,可以看出沙民群体已转化为国家海防体系中水军兵源构成的重要组成部分。Since the mid and late period of Emperor Jia-jing of Ming Dynasty,a small number of Sha Min(people living on sandy land)were recruited from the southeast coastal areas to resist the frequent invasion by Japanese invaders.It was not until the period Emperor Wan-li that the policy of large-scale recruitment of Sha Min for coastal defense was first proposed and implemented.As an important force,Sha Min continued to make their contributions to the national coastal defense of the Ming Dynasty.Through a phased review of the formation and evolution of recruitment policy,the recruitment plan and policy implementation at each stage,the number and deployment of recruited soldiers,it can be seen that Sha Min had transformed into an important component of the naval force in the national coastal defense system.
