文化生态视野下朝鲜族非物质文化遗产传承现状及发展策略

摘　　要：伴随现代化和全球化的日趋深化,各民族文化生态悄然变化,非物质文化遗产的生存、保护与传承受到了前所未有的外部要素影响。朝鲜族非物质文化遗产具有农耕性、民族性、文化性、情感性等特征。因朝鲜族非物质文化遗产以农耕文化为基底,当下城市化进程令朝鲜族非物质文化遗产失去了原始的文化生存环境,再加之政府政策支持的模糊化、范式化,导致朝鲜族非物质文化遗产传承面临传承队伍减少、经费不足、表演环境不适应、政策不适用等困境。对此应遵循“政府主导、社会参与,明确职责、形成合力”的原则,加强法治建设、构建多元共治模式、确立以人为本传承理念、联系区域文化,以在新形势下实现朝鲜族非物质文化遗产保护与传承。对朝鲜族非物质文化遗产传承现状及发展策略进行深入考察和思考,是当前我国弘扬中华民族传统文化、构建中华民族共同体的重要命题,有助于为民族文化遗产的保护与传承提供学理性启迪。Modernization and globalization have changed the cultural ecology for ethnic groups and affected the survival,preservation,and transmission of intangible cultural heritage.Urbanization as well as indistinct and routine policy support have made the intangible cultural heritage of Korean ethnic group lose its original survival environment,resulting in difficulties such as a decrease in team numbers,insufficient funding,unsuitable performance environments,and inadequate policies.The“government-led,mass-participated,responsibility-clarified and effort-collaborated”principle should be abided by and the legal system construction must be strengthened.It is necessary to build the mode of multi-cooperative governance and establish the concept of human-orientated heritage.Deep investigation and thinking of the present situation and development strategy of the intangible cultural heritage is an important topic for carrying forward the traditional Chinese culture and building the community of the Chinese nation,which provides scientific enlightenment for the protection and inheritance of the national cultural heritage.
