摘 要:新粮食安全观,要求粮食生产必须有新的发展动力。主食作为粮食生产的最终产品,既是国民营养健康的基础,也是中国饮食文化的载体,它的发展对粮食消费和农业生产具有十分重要的导向作用,主食产业化应是农业和粮食产业发展的根本和动力。文章通过对中国主食产业化发展的优劣势分析,找出存在的问题,并给予相应的对策。同时,对中外国家食育教育发展历程进行了探讨,明确提出了食育教育在主食产业化发展中的重要作用。The new concept of food security requires that food production must have a new impetus for development.Staple food,as the final product of food production,is not only the basis of national nutrition and health,but also the carrier of Chinese food culture,its development has a very important guiding role for food consumption and agricultural production,and the industrialization of staple food should be the fundamental and driving force for the development of agriculture and food industry.This paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the development of staple food industrialization in China,identified the existing problems and gave corresponding countermeasures.At the same time,the development history of food education in Chinese and foreign countries was discussed,and the important role of food education in the development of staple food industrialization was clearly put forward.
