摘 要:防止耕地“非粮化”是当前湖南省粮食安全工作的重点任务。文章以湖南省为研究对象,对耕地“非粮化”水平、耕地压力指数进行测度分析,并引入泰尔指数比较其粮食安全上的区域差异。全省耕地“非粮化”较严重地区集中在山地、丘陵区,耕地“非粮化”的驱动因素主要有粮食生产的比较收益较低、区域地理环境造成种粮成本增加和城乡生产要素的流动,对此应多渠道降低种粮成本,完善基础设施建设,同时严格落实耕地保护政策,坚守耕地红线。Preventing the"non-grain"of cultivated land is a key task of food security work in Hunan Province.This article took Hunan Province as the research object,measured and analyzed the"non-grain"level of cultivated land pressure index of cultivated land in Hunan Province,and introduced the Thiel index to compare regional differences in food security.The serious"non-grain"of cultivated land in the province was concentrated in mountainous and hilly areas.The main driving factors for the"non-grain"of cultivated land were the lower comparative income of grain production,the increased cost of grain cultivation caused by the regional geographical environment,and the flow of urban and rural production factors.Therefore,it was necessary to reduce the cost of grain cultivation through multiple channels,improve infrastructure construction,and strictly implement farmland protection policies to adhere to the red line of culti vated land.
