摘　　要：微环境pH值在慢性创面愈合中起重要作用,作者就创面微环境pH值对慢性伤口愈合过程的影响、评估创面微环境pH值的措施及调适创面微环境pH值的护理方法进行综述,为提升慢性伤口患者的创面愈合效果提供借鉴。Wound exudate pH plays an important role in chronic wound healing.In this review,the authors discuss the effects of wound pH on the chronic wound healing process,the factors that affect the wound pH and the nursing methods for regulating the pH value of the wound microenvironment,in an effort to provide a theoretical basis for enhancing wound healing effect of patients with chronic wound,and to provide information for further related research and clinical work.
