摘 要:为提高自复叠制冷(ACR)系统的制冷量和能效比,提出了一种机械预冷的自复叠制冷(PACR)系统,高温级为R600单级蒸气压缩式系统,低温级为R134a/R23ACR系统。研究了在不同工况下PACR系统与ACR系统和带回热器的ACR(RACR)系统的性能。结果表明,在蒸发器出口温度为-50℃,气液分离温度为11℃时,PACR系统中高温级循环使用R600性能最优,较RACR系统的COP最优点有1.7倍的提升。在冷凝温度为30℃,蒸发器出口温度变化范围为-50~-40℃时,PACR系统的Q_(e)和COP相较于ACR和RACR系统更有优势,且蒸发器出口温度为-50℃时,PACR系统的Q_(e)和COP较RACR系统提升最大,可分别提高2.8倍和1.7倍。To improve the cooling capacity and energy efficiency ratio of the auto-cascade refrigeration(ACR)system,an auto-cascade refrigeration(PACR)system with mechanical pre-cooling was proposed.A high-temperature stage was R600 single-stage vapor compression system and a low-temperature stage was R134a/R23 ACR system.The performances of PACR system and the ACR system and regenerator-enhanced ACR(RACR)system under different working conditions were studied.The results show that when the evaporator outlet temperatures is-50℃and the gas-liquid separation temperature is 11℃,R600 performs best used in high-temperature stage.Moreover,the most advantageous COP of PACR system is 1.7 times higher than that of the RACR system.When the condenser outlet temperatures is 30℃and the evaporator outlet temperature change range is-50 to-40℃,the Q_(e) and COP of PACR system have advantages over the ACR and RACR systems.And when the e⁃vaporator outlet temperature is-50℃,the maximum improvement in Q_(e) and COP of PACR system compared to RACR system,which can be increased by 2.8 times and 1.7 times respectively.
