摘　　要：创面是一种以皮肤及组织缺损或功能受限为主要特征的皮肤损伤。创面愈合是一个复杂的调控过程,目前临床用来促进创面愈合的方法包括手术治疗和非手术治疗。黄柏是治疗创面的常用药物,含有生物碱类、内酯类、酚酸类、甾醇类、苯丙素类、挥发油等多种活性成分,具有抗炎、抑菌、抗氧化应激、抗肿瘤、降糖、保护神经、止泻、治疗哮喘等多种药理作用。作者通过查阅相关文献,归纳总结黄柏促进创面愈合的作用机制,以明确其促进创面愈合的高效化学成分,为创面治疗提供参考。Wound is a common surgical disease characterized by skin and tissue defects or functional limitations.Wound healing is a complex regulatory process,and the current clinical methods to promote wound healing include surgical treatment and non-surgical treatment.Huangho(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex)is a commonly used medicine for the treatment of wounds.It contains alkaloids,lactones,phenolic acids,sterols,phenylpropanoids,volatile oils and other active ingredients.It has anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,anti-oxidative stress,anti-tumor properties.,hypoglycemic,nerve protection,antidiarrheal,treatment of asthma and other pharmacological effects.By reviewing relevant literature,the author summarizes the mechanism of Huangbo(Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex)in promoting wound healing,in order to clarify its high-efficiency chemical components to promote wound healing,and provide reference for wound treatment.
