摘　　要：伊犁新天煤化工有限责任公司气化装置配套酚回收装置运行中出现萃取塔醚耗高,外送稀酚水总酚含量、COD上涨等问题。通过工艺调整后效果有所好转,但无法达到萃取塔高效率运行,又通过对萃取塔塔盘的进行技术改造,改造后取得了良好的运行效果。There are certain problems in phenol recovery unit of Yili Xintian Coal Chemical Company gasification plant,including that the higher consumption of ether in the operation of the extraction tower,the increase of total phenol content and COD in dilute phenol water,and so on.After the process adjustment,the effect has improved,but the high efficiency of the extraction tower during operation can also not be achieved.Then through the technical retrofit of the extraction tower tower disk,good operating results have been obtained.
