摘  要:过筛管压裂技术可实现渤海疏松砂岩储层解堵及增产,但压后固结支撑剂失效和返吐,严重制约了此项技术的应用。针对疏松砂岩过筛管压裂井,开展了不同闭合压力、裂缝宽度、树脂陶粒充填占比、流体黏度、树脂陶粒类型与充填密实程度等因素的模拟评价实验,对固结支撑剂失效返吐的敏感性开展研究。结果表明,不同树脂陶粒充填占比、树脂陶粒类型与充填密实程度、流体黏度对固结支撑剂返吐影响显著,闭合压力、裂缝宽度对固结支撑剂返吐影响较低。在后续过筛管压裂技术的实施中,需提高封口带强度、提高树脂陶粒占比;在压后生产中可根据具体的储层流体特征、固结支撑剂强度及裂缝宽度等优化生产参数,达到降低固结支撑剂失效和返吐风险的目的。The screening tube fracturing technology can achieve the removal of blockages and increase production in Bohai loose sandstone reservoirs,but the failure of consolidation proppant and backflow after fracturing have seriously restricted the application of this technology.In the subsequent implementation of sieve tube fracturing technology,it was necessary to improve the strength of the sealing band and increase the proportion of resin ceramic particles.In post fracturing production,production parameters can be optimized based on specific reservoir fluid characteristics,consolidation proppant strength,and crack width,in order to reduce the risk of consolidation proppant failure and backflow.
