摘　　要：目的设计一种野战医疗队术前准备一次性集成手术包以提高野战条件下术前准备操作的效率和效果。方法随机选择某三甲医院30名护理实习生,进行常规一次性手术敷料包与野战术前一次性集成手术包使用及手术摆台教学培训,比较培训结束后的术前准备时间及铺巾时间。结果培训结束后,受试人员野战术前一次性集成手术包的术前准备时间及铺单时间均低于常规一次性手术敷料包,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论野战术前一次性集成手术包可满足快速完成野战紧急手术术前准备需求。该手术包内容物针对性强、便捷省时、取用方便,可应用于承担战时紧急手术救援任务的医疗队。Objective A disposable integrated surgical package for preoperative preparation of field medical teams is designed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of preoperative preparation operations under field conditions.Methods Randomly select 30 nursing interns from a tertiary hospital to receive training on the use of conventional disposable surgical dressing kits and field preoperative disposable integrated surgical kits,as well as surgical table placement.After the training,compare their preoperative preparation time and tissue laying time.Results After the training,the preoperative preparation time and laying time of the subject's disposable integrated surgical bag before field surgery were lower than those of the conventional disposable surgical dressing bag,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The disposable integrated surgical bag before field surgery can meet the needs of quickly completing emergency preoperative preparation for field surgery.The content of this surgical bag is highly targeted,convenient,time-saving,and easy to access.It can be applied to medical teams undertaking emergency surgical rescue tasks during wartime.
