摘　　要：猴痘是一种由猴痘病毒引起的传染性疾病,主要表现为发热、全身不适和皮肤损害等,严重者可危及生命。猴痘的主要传染源是感染猴痘病毒的啮齿类及灵长类动物。猴痘病毒通过接触受感染的人、动物或物品,性行为及母婴垂直途径传播。在全世界多数地区其干预仍以支持、对症治疗为主,但部分国家已经成功使用疫苗和其他药物预防和治疗猴痘。本文从对因治疗、对症治疗和环境消毒等维度,综述目前世界范围内预防和治疗猴痘的药物、疫苗和化学制剂的特点、剂量、不良反应和药物相互作用等临床药学关键信息,以期帮助临床工作者优化各阶段应对策略的选择。Monkeypox(mpox)is a contagious disease caused by the monkeypox virus.The main manifestations are fever,malaise,and skin lesions,which can be life-threatening in severe cases.Monkeypox is mainly transmitted by rodents and primates infected with the monkeypox virus.Transmission occurs through contact with infected people,animals or ob⁃jects,sexual intercourse and the vertical route from mother to child.in most parts of the world,its intervention is still based on supportive and symptomatic treatment,while vaccines and other medications have been successfully used in some countries to prevent and treat monkeypox.This article reviews the clinical pharmaceutical key information of drugs from the perspectives of prevention,etiological treatment,symptomatic treatment,and environmental disinfection,such as drug characteristics,dosage,effects,adverse reactions,drug interactions,etc.,help clinicians optimize their choices at different stages of response.
