董氏奇穴结合传统穴位治疗糖尿病的作用机制

摘　　要：随着社会的进步和生活水平的提高,糖尿病患者的数量逐年增加。糖尿病是一组由遗传易感性与环境因素等多种病因引起体内胰岛素分泌不足,进而导致以长久持续的高血糖为特征的内分泌代谢性疾病。目前,糖尿病已经成为全球性的公共卫生问题。随着人们对中医药文化的不断认识和接受,运用中医技术尤其是针刺技术治疗糖尿病的方法越来越得到重视,与西医的药物治疗相比,人们认为中医技术对于糖尿病尤其是2型糖尿病具有更好的治疗效果。中医从调理肺、脾、胃、肾等脏腑的功能出发,使人体水谷精微物质和水液代谢能够正常运行,从而促进血糖的利用,减少多余血糖的生成,达到治疗糖尿病的目的。近年来,董景昌老先生提出的“董氏奇穴”理论逐渐在临床上得到推广,受到患者朋友的广泛认可,于是运用传统穴位结合董氏奇穴共同治疗2型糖尿病的思想逐渐在临床得到应用。文章主要针对具有降糖作用的传统穴位和董氏奇穴中的降糖穴位在针刺治疗过程中的作用机制以及它们互相结合产生的化学反应进行浅述。With the progress of society and the improvement of living standards,the number of diabetes patients is increasing year by year.Diabetes is a group of endocrine and metabolic diseases characterized by persistent hyperglycemia due to insufficient insulin secretion caused by genetic susceptibility and environmental factors.At present,diabetes has become aW global public health problem.With the continuous recognition and acceptance of TCM culture,more and more attention has been paid to the application of TCM technology,especially acupuncture technology,in the treatment of diabetes.Compared with medicine treatment of Western medicine,people believe that TCM technology has a better therapeutic effect on diabetes,especially type 2 diabetes.Starting from regulating the functions of the lung,spleen,stomach,kidney and other viscera,TCM method can make the human body’s fluid and grain essence and water metabolism operate normally,thus promoting the utilization of blood glucose,reducing the generation of excess blood glucose,and achieving the purpose of treating diabetes.In recent years,the theory of“DONG’s extra-acupoint”proposed by Mr.DONG Jingchang has been gradually popularized in clinical practice and widely recognized by patients.Therefore,the idea of combining traditional acupoints with DONG’s extra-acupoint to treat type 2 diabetes has been gradually applied in clinical practice.The action mechanism of traditional acupoints with hypoglycemic effect and the hypoglycemic acupoint of DONG’s extra-acupoint in the process of acupuncture treatment and the chemical reaction produced by their combination are mainly discussed in this paper.
