自拟解郁清中汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎经验探析

摘　　要：胆汁反流性胃炎(Bile Reflux Gastritis,BRG)是由于含有胆汁的十二指肠内容物异常地反流入胃引起的胃黏膜炎症。患者一般会有腹部不适、烧心、呕吐等症状,后期可能会发生贫血、机体消瘦,若不积极治疗,有发生胃癌的可能。BRG为消化系统的常见病,近年来发病率逐渐升高。中医药对于该病有较好疗效。山西中医药大学附属医院刘竺华主任根据多年临床经验,以解郁清热、和胃化痰为法,自拟解郁清中汤治疗肝胃郁热型BRG,取得良好效果。文章结合案例,介绍刘主任自拟解郁清中汤治疗BRG经验,以期为临床提供参考。Bile Reflux Gastritis(BRG)is an inflammation of gastric mucosa caused by abnormal reflux of duodenal contents containing bile into the stomach.The patients will generally have abdominal discomfort,heartburn,vomiting and other symptoms.Bile reflux gastritis is a common disease of digestive system,and its incidence rate has gradually increased in recent years.TCMB medicine has a good effect on this disease.LIU Zhuhua,a director of the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,based on years of clinical experience,prepared the Jieyu Qingzhong decoction(解郁清中汤)to treat bile reflux gastritis of liver stomach heat stagnation type,and achieved good results.This article introduces the experience of Director LIU’s in treating bile reflux gastritis with the Jieyu Qingzhong decoction,with a view to providing reference for clinical practice.
