摘  要:目的:利用红外热成像仪观察运用石韦散治疗昆明地区肾结石(下焦湿热型)的治疗效果,并探讨红外热成像技术观测人体背面肾区用于评价肾结石治疗效果的可行性。方法:将昆明地区下焦湿热型肾结石患者60例随机分为对照组(采用一般治疗联合排石颗粒治疗)和试验组(采用一般治疗联合石韦散加减方治疗)进行治疗,治疗结束后分别采用CT和红外热成像仪对两组患者进行检查,观察两组治疗前后结石大小和观测部位(肾区)红外温度的变化。结果:试验组的总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者观察部位的红外温度均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且试验组观察部位的红外温度降低程度大于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者结石大小较治疗前均有缩小、减少(P<0.05)。结论:石韦散辨证加减方治疗肾结石能促进结石缩小甚至排出,改善相关证候。红外热成像技术能在结石未排出前观察到肾区局部温度微小变化,安全、灵敏、便捷地对疾病变化进行客观反映。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shiwei San(石韦散)on renal calculus(the dampness-heat in lower-jiao type)in Kunming,and to explore the feasibility of infrared thermal imaging technology in evaluating the therapeutic effect of renal calculus by observing the renal area on the back of the human body.Methods:A total of 60 patients with renal calculus(the dampness-heat in lower-jiao type)in Kunming were randomly divided into the control group[treated by general treatment plus theO Paishi granules(排石颗粒)]and the treatment group(took general treatment plus Shiwei San).After treatment,the patients in the two groups were examined by CT and infrared thermography respectively.The changes of the size of calculus and the infrared temperature of the observation site(kidney area)were observed after treatment.Results:The total efficiency in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The infrared temperature of the observation site in both groups was lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and in the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The size of calculus in both groups was smaller and less than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating renal calculus with Shiwei San can promote the reduction or even excretion of calculus,and ameliorate relevant syndromes.Infrared thermal imaging technology can observe the small changes of local temperature in the renal area before the calculus are excreted,and can objectively reflect the changes of diseases safely,sensitively and conveniently.
