摘 要:目的:构建北京市基层医疗机构用药安全自我测评量表,为基层医疗机构提供用药安全风险评估工具。方法:结合北京市基层医疗机构用药安全现状的文献及问卷调研结果,组建专家咨询团队,应用德尔菲法对测评条目进行筛选与修订,应用层次分析法构建测评指标权重,形成适用于北京市基层医疗机构的用药安全自我测评量表并开展初步测评。结果:经过3轮德尔菲法专家调研与层次分析法确定权重,最终形成涵盖5个一级指标、18个二级指标、84个三级指标的基层用药安全自我测评量表,在23家基层医疗机构中开展了初步测评。结论:构建了一套适合北京市基层医疗机构开展用药安全自我测评的量表,可为基层医疗机构评估用药安全风险提供参考。OBJECTIVE To construct a self-assessment scale for drug safety in primary medical institutions in Beijing,and provide a tool for drug safety risk assessment in primary medical institutions.METHODS Literature research and questionnaire investigation were used to find the key risk factors in medication practices in primary care facilities in Beijing.Delphi method was applied to screen the index and establish self-assessment items.Analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weights of the items.RESULTS After 3 rounds of expert survey and analytic hierarchy process,a medication safety self-assessment tool for primary care facilities including 5 primary items,18 secondary items,and 84 assessment items was finally formed.Using the established self-assessment tool,the medication safety profile of 23 primary care facilities in Beijing were evaluated.CONCLUSION A set of self-assessment scales suitable for drug safety in grassroots medical institutions in Beijing has been constructed,which can provide reference for grassroots medical institutions to evaluate drug safety risks.
