摘　　要：通过调查上海市女性消费人群常用驻留类护肤品的实际使用情况,研究了初级包装形式对护肤品使用量的影响,为开展精细化的化妆品暴露评估提供思路。得到了309名有效调查对象共计使用1 320个驻留类护肤品,其初级包装形式主要为敞口、按压、挤压、滴管、喷雾5种,其中喷雾包装主要见于护肤水和防晒霜(通称,非特指霜状产品)。初级包装形式不影响常用驻留类护肤品的每日暴露频次,不影响精华、乳液、面霜、眼霜的每日暴露量和每次暴露量,但影响护肤水、防晒霜的每日暴露量和每次暴露量,其差异主要存在于喷雾与其他包装形式之间,且喷雾包装的每日暴露量、每次暴露量大于其他包装。结果表明,喷雾和非喷雾的不同包装形式影响化妆品暴露量,从精准评估的角度出发,当包装类型影响暴露量时,建议细分初级包装类型建立化妆品的暴露量参数。The actual use of skin care cosmetics that were commonly used by female consumers in Shanghai was surveyed.The influence of primary package on the usage amount of skin care cosmetics was analyzed,which was one of the main exposure parameters of skin care cosmetics,thus providing ideas for detailed cosmetic exposure assessment.A total of 1320 leave-on skin care cosmetics had been used by 309 valid survey subjects.The primary packaging forms mainly included open,press,squeeze,dropper,and spray,among which spray packaging had been mainly used in skin care lotions and sunscreen products(general name,not specifically cream products).Primary packaging form neither affected the daily exposure frequency for commonly used leave-on skin care cosmetics,nor affected the daily exposure amount or the exposure amount each time for essence,lotions,face creams and eye creams.However,primary packaging form affected the daily exposure amount and the exposure amount each time for skin care toners and sunscreen cream.The difference mainly existed between spray and other packaging forms,i.e.,the daily exposure amount and exposure amount each time for spray packaging were greater than other packaging forms.Different packaging forms such as spray and non-spray could affect the exposure amount of cosmetics.From the perspective of accurate assessment,when the packaging form affected the exposure amount,it was suggested to subdivide the primary packaging forms and establish the exposure amount parameters of cosmetics.
