摘  要:围绕酶工程和发酵工程,对珍珠成分的生物制备技术进行综述,通过总结典型案例,着重分析珍珠酶解物和发酵物的功效分布,以及可能的作用机制。指出其在珍珠活性成分提取方向的发展前景和应用潜力,为珍珠的生物技术发展提供一定的理论和数据支撑。The biological preparation technologies of ingredients from pearls were reviewed around enzyme engineering and fermentation engineering.The distribution of efficacy of pearl hydrolysates and pearl fermented extracts were focused on,as well as possible mechanisms of action.The development prospect and application potential of biotechnologies in the direction of active ingredient extraction of pearls were pointed out,and certain theoretical and data support for biotechnology development for pearls were provided.
