摘 要:概述了金线莲多糖、黄酮、金线莲苷的提取、分离纯化技术,探讨它们在化妆品中起抗氧化、美白、抑菌、抗过敏作用的构效关系,并对金线莲在化妆品领域的应用研究进行展望,以期为该资源在化妆品领域的开发利用提供参考。Anoectochilus roxburghii is a precious Chinese herbal medicine,which contains many bioactive components,including polysaccharides,flavonoids,Anoectochilus glycoside,volatile oils,etc.Due to the unique biological activity and high safety of Anoectochilus roxburghii,it has good development potential and broad utilization prospect.In this review,the technologies for extraction,separation and purification of Anoectochilus roxburghii polysaccharides,flavonoid and kinsenoside were briefly summarized.The structure-function relationship for exhibiting antioxidant,whitening,antibacterial and anti-allergic effects in cosmetics were discussed.Finally,the research of Anoectochilus roxburghii in the field of cosmetics was prospected,which could provide reference for the development and utilization of this plant resource in the field of cosmetics.
