摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)是一种常见的慢性呼吸系统疾病,其发病机制主要涉及炎性反应、蛋白酶-抗蛋白酶失衡、氧化应激、细胞凋亡与肺组织结构细胞代偿修复之间不平衡引起的气道重塑和肺泡破坏。近年来自身免疫应答在慢阻肺中的作用引起广泛关注,但仍存在一定的争议。本文将从自身免疫与慢阻肺发病机制的关系出发,多角度对自身免疫在慢阻肺中的作用进行综述。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common chronic respiratory disease whose pathogenesis mainly involves airway remodelling and alveolar destruction caused by inflammation,protease-antiprotease imbalance,oxidative stress,and imbalance between apoptosis and compensatory repair of lung tissue structure cells.In recent years,the role of the autoimmune response in COPD has attracted widespread attention,but there is still some controversy.This article reviewed the role of autoimmunity in COPD from different perspectives,starting with the relationship between autoimmunity and the pathogenesis of COPD.
