摘  要:零开挖进洞不仅可以避免产生大挖大刷问题,而且与绿色工程目标相契合,符合环保要求。为探索高铁隧道零开挖进洞技术,以西渝高铁七星坪隧道1#斜井和高升一号隧道出口为研究对象,介绍了以锚杆框架梁为仰坡防护措施、超前小导管为主要预支护措施、以临时防护明洞为主要手段的零开挖进洞技术。施工实践结果表明上述措施可以有效保证围岩稳定、控制地表沉降。Zero excavation can not only avoid the problem of large excavation and brushing,but also align with the goal of green engineering and meet environmental requirements.In order to explore the zero excavation tunnel entry technology for high-speed railway tunnels,the study focuses on the 1#inclined shaft of Qixingping Tunnel and the exit of Gaosheng No.1 Tunnel on the Xi'an-Chongqing High-Speed Railway.The zero excavation tunnel entry technology,which applies anchor rod frame beams as the protection measures of front slope,advanced small conduits as the main pre-support measures,and temporary protective open tunnels as the main means,is introduced.The results indicate that the above measures can effectively ensure the stability of surrounding rock and control surface settlement.
