摘 要:淮河特大桥水中20#主墩基坑围护结构采用27 m长钢板桩围堰,堰内最大水头差12.29 m,采用水下清淤封底的施工工艺。围堰施作完成抽水至临近基底时,某处出现严重的涌砂病害。经研讨分析,采用了先堰内回水、再在病害部位水下安装活动模板浇筑混凝土的方式进行封堵;管涌部位空间狭窄,将模板设计成开合结构,方便入水与定位。管涌封堵效果良好,对深水围堰类似病害的处理具有借鉴意义。The retaining structure of the 20#main pier foundation pit in the water of the Huaihe River Bridge utilizes a 27-meter long steel sheet pile cofferdam,with a maximum head difference of 12.29 meters inside the cofferdam.The construction process of underwater dredging and bottom sealing was involved.When the construction of the cofferdam was completed and the water was pumped to the vicinity of the foundation,a serious sand burst disease occurred at a certain location.After discussion and analysis,the method of first returning water inside the cofferdam and then installing movable formwork underwater to pour concrete in the affected area was adopted for sealing.Due to the limited space in the piping section,the template is designed as a split structure for easy access and positioning.The sealing effect of piping is good,which has reference significance for the treatment of similar diseases in deep water cofferdams.
