摘  要:多工位压力机冲压工作时各工位的工位力不同,产生偏心载荷,当偏心载荷过大时容易引起滑块变形及倾斜现象,影响多工位压力机工作精度和设备使用寿命。本文建立数学模型,对多工位压力机许用偏心载荷能力进行了理论分析,并在此基础上编制应用软件,经过设备实际使用数据验证了软件的有效性。Aiming at the generation of eccentric load caused by different station forces in the stamping pro-cess of a multi-station press,when the eccentric load is too large,it can easily cause deformation and tilting of the slider,affecting the working accuracy and equipment service life of the multi-station press.A mathe-matical model has been established in the text to perform the theoretical analysis of the allowable eccentric load capacity of a multi-station press.On the basis of this,the application software has been developed,of which its effectiveness has been verified through actual equipment usage data.
